Afterglow makes a compact, globe-shaped
shrub that grows 3 to 5-feet tall and wide. This female Winterberry is
covered in small orange-red fruit by early fall that stays on the plant all
winter. It has dark-green, healthy foliage that is attractive all year and
sets off the fruit in the fall. To set fruit, 'Afterglow' needs the male
Winterberry, 'Jim Dandy', for pollination.
